      The Home Stretch
    I am getting excited about the last four events of the season.  I
    hope several of you are making plans to attend Hilton Head this
    year.  The Challenge Cup team is still undecided until our State
    Final!

    Important Notice:  If your handicap has risen to another flight, you
    must request to move down to that flight before you play another
    event on the Louisiana Tour.  No players will be allowed to move
    down to a lower flight after this adjustment period.  All players
    are subject to a move upward to a more difficult flight based on
    their handicap.
